Terms of Service

By accessing or using Converse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Converse provides voice AI services including but not limited to voice synthesis, speech recognition, and conversational AI capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Do not use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Do not spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications
• Do not attempt to overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
• Do not violate intellectual property rights of others

• Fees are billed monthly in advance based on your selected plan
• Usage charges are billed monthly in arrears
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

All intellectual property rights in the Converse platform, including but not limited to software, models, and documentation, remain the property of Axl Labs. You retain ownership of your data and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axl Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
