Common questions

About rates, pass-through, channels and tax.

On the Standard stack, ₹3.00 for the AI side and ₹1.00 for the carrier — ₹4.00 per connected minute, all in, plus GST. Premium is ₹6.00 on the same basis. Web and in-app calls skip the carrier leg entirely, so Standard is ₹3.00 there.

Components, usually — about ₹3.45 a minute against the Standard bundle's ₹4.00 on our own usage assumptions. You are paying roughly 16% for predictability: an agent that talks twice as much costs us more and costs you the same. If your calls are short and consistent, meter the components. If they vary, or you would rather not think about characters and tokens, take the bundle. We would rather tell you that than have you work it out from the rate card.

The AI bundle and phone network are different products. Keeping Converse telephony on its own line makes browser calls directly comparable and lets you use another carrier without paying us for a PSTN leg you did not use. The current Converse telephony rate is ₹1.00 per connected minute, plus GST.

No. Model tokens on the pay-as-you-go plan are passed through at the provider's published list price, converted at the rate shown on this page with a small buffer for currency movement. The published provider rate card below is what we pay. We earn on the agent runtime and on our own models, not on reselling somebody else's.

Running your agent: real-time session orchestration, streaming, turn-taking and interruption handling, conversation state, tool routing, webhooks, analytics and the usage ledger. It is charged per agent minute whether the models are ours or yours — bring-your-own-key removes the provider bill, not the platform.

By Meta's own conversation categories, because that is how Meta bills us. Marketing templates are the expensive one; utility and authentication are roughly a sixth of the price; service replies inside a user-initiated 24-hour window carry no Meta charge at all. You need your own Meta WhatsApp Business account.

Not a bill to pay — everything here is prepaid. You top up a wallet, usage draws it down as it happens, and there is never an amount outstanding. What arrives monthly is a GST tax invoice covering the usage you already funded, with your GSTIN and place of supply on it. Enterprise buys a better rate card, not payment terms.

Calls already in progress finish — we would rather let a wallet run slightly negative than cut a customer off mid-sentence. New sessions are refused until you top up. You get low-balance warnings well before that, and you can set a hard monthly cap and auto top-up from the dashboard.

No, unless a line says so. Prices exclude GST; tax accrues on consumption and is settled by the monthly tax invoice. A top-up is an advance receipt rather than a sale, so no tax invoice is raised when you add balance. Accrued tax is held back from your spendable balance, so a call can never be funded with money already owed to the exchequer.
